Kevin W. Massengill is the Executive Chairman of Meraglim Holdings Corporation, a professional, scientific, and technical investment holding company. He is the CEO of Raven Predictive Analytics Corp., the Managing Director of Massengill Advisory LLC, and the Non-Executive Board Chairman of fourteen investment holding companies.
Mr Massengill was an award-winning senior executive at Raytheon (NYSE: RTX) and Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), a managing director of a boutique investment bank, Silver Leaf Partners, in NYC, and the CEO of Consultancy Partners Group in Abu Dhabi.
A retired US Army Airborne Ranger qualified officer, he holds an M.A. from Princeton University and a B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia with continuing education at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation and INSEAD-Fontainebleau's International Directors Program.
A principled and proactive leader, Mr Miller brings nearly 40 years of legal corporate experience to the team. Initially as Partner and Of Counsel with Jones Day, then through a 30 year career at Procter & Gamble that culminated in six years as Vice Present General Counsel-Global Legal, he has led substantially sized legal teams of in-house and law firm lawyers in the US and across the globe, with a significant focus on Asia.
At P&G he led legal work to purchase Gillette and the extensive efforts to integrate the legal teams and entities, as well as joint venture negotiations with Sanofi-Aventis and major outsourcing arrangements with HP, IBM and Jones Lang Lasalle. At Jones Day, while representing clients in the consumer products, healthcare, retail, industrial materials and pharmaceutical sectors, his work included transactions, corporate governance, reorganizations and litigation.
He served as a Director of the Columbus Council on World Affairs, and teaches law and MBA students at Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and at University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business.
A financial and consumer services professional who drives innovation and growth, Ms Tirabasso is a retired Deloitte Consulting Partner focused on enhancing operations and financial performance. While at Deloitte, she advised Fortune 500 C-suite clients, was elected to Deloitte Consulting’s Global Transition Board, and was accountable for year-over-year revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction.
Prior to Deloitte, Ms. Tirabasso held positions in Marketing, Retail Systems Development and Bank Operations at Key Bank where she was responsible for marketing research, integrating new products into operations and systems and prioritizing technology changes in the Retail Line of Business.
As current CEO and Founder of Tirabasso Transformation Group, she advises clients in operations, strategy, technology, marketing and sales, M&A, governance, enterprise risk, shared services, human capital and succession planning. She is also a guest lecturer at the University of North Georgia MBA course, on best practices in enterprise project management, developing and managing relationships and governance.
Dr Anthony Russell, MD MBA MPH is a healthcare executive with over two decades in leadership and is leading as a Chief Administrative Officer with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day business operations, physician relationships, budgeting for a $75m revenue division, and managing 400+ employees and providers across 20 outpatient clinics.
Dr Russell has grown teams, enhanced quality, advanced patient-centered care, conducted turnarounds, directed strategic growth planning, executed successful acquisitions, and driven financial engineering to improve the organization’s bottom line.
Double boarded in Pediatrics and Clinical Informatics, Dr Russell is passionate about health and leveraging technology to advance care delivery. Dr Russell received his doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina and then his masters degree from Johns Hopkins. He went on to complete his masters in business at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Dr Russell is a business-savvy entrepreneur, turnaround expert, and investor with private equity holdings in many companies across multiple industries. Dr Russell has been a leader for some of the largest healthcare systems in the country as a healthcare executive and physician leader including UCSF, Sutter Health, Community Memorial, and Kaiser Permanente.
A business and marketing strategist with over 20 years experience consulting to multinationals, SMEs, non-profits and charities, Mr Nicol's skillset spans communications & marketing strategy, media, brand, product commercialisation, M&A and business operations.
Working across healthcare & wellness, FMCG, premium home & lifestyle and arts & culture, he has delivered above industry growth through consumer facing brand and tactical campaigns, targeted lead generation, integrated conversion and retention strategies, and innovative creative thinking.
He has acquired and started-up multiple companies, non-profits and charities, in which he engineers growth and enhances profitability through operational improvements, marketing implementation and post-acquisition integration.
Mr Nicol drives value creation that enhances return on capital by leveraging marketing, operations and financial control off each other, and takes a strategic, analytic and wholistic approach to growth that allows multiple drivers to compound each other to realise greater value.
